Almond Joy Chia Pudding

1 14oz. can coconut milk (opened and put in fridge overnight to thicken)
2 1/2 tbsp. dark dutch-process cocoa powder
2 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. sweetener of your choice

Optional: shredded coconut and/or chopped almonds for topping

1. In a medium storage container, whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined.

2. Chill and allow to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

3. Top with shredded coconut and/or chopped almonds and enjoy!

I took one taste of this chia pudding and immediately thought of an Almond Joy candy bar (thus the name). If you try this recipe, let me know what you think!
